Each individual may hold only one registered account on 999k. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, the same CNIC number, the same payment method or the same device — are not permitted. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 999k reserves the right to close the secondary accounts and may void any winnings associated with them.
Account verification is required before withdrawals can be processed. Verification involves submitting a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card). 999k processes verification requests promptly — most accounts are verified within 24 hours of document submission. 999k reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-way through a player's wagering progress, the player's existing progress towards the requirement will be honoured for a reasonable wind-down period.
Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash without meeting the stated wagering requirements. Using bonus funds to place bets that would guarantee a profit regardless of outcome — known as bonus arbitrage — is not permitted.
999k offers pre-match and live in-play betting across cricket, football, esports and other sports. The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on the platform.
Cricket, PSL & T20 Markets: Bets on Pakistan Super League matches, T20 internationals and other cricket fixtures are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC or the relevant board). In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced or decided by DLS method, bets are settled according to the official result. Markets that relate to a specific event within a match — such as top batter or man of the match — are settled based on the official award.
Live In-Play Betting: In-play markets are offered during matches and update in real time. 999k reserves the right to suspend in-play markets during breaks in play, technical interruptions or where the integrity of the market cannot be maintained. Any bets accepted and confirmed before a suspension are honoured.
Where a result is disputed or under official review, settlement may be delayed until the official governing body issues a final ruling. 999k will communicate any such delays through the platform's news feed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 999k and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and permanent platform ban:
999k monitors all accounts for suspicious activity on an ongoing basis. Where prohibited activity is confirmed, any balances — including deposits and winnings — associated with the activity may be withheld pending investigation. Players have the right to appeal decisions by contacting the support team with supporting documentation.
Attempting to defraud 999k or other players through any means will result in permanent account termination and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the account holder will be notified and given the opportunity to respond with documentation before a final decision is made, except where doing so would compromise the integrity of the investigation.
999k provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to maintain continuous service, the platform cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance wherever possible.
999k's liability to any player is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's verified account at the time of any dispute. The platform is not liable for any indirect losses, including loss of potential winnings from bets that could not be placed due to a technical issue.
